ESL Teacher Interview Reflection: By interviewing Ms. Momin allowed me to learn how she manages an ESL classroom and understand the differences between a regular classroom that doesn't hold ESL students. I am currently student teaching at Sienna Crossing Elementary school within a 1st grade classroom. However, the classroom I am in has five students that are ESL, so my teacher is able to help them out one on one and different ways as well since she is ESL certified. Since my classroom teacher was busy and had personal things happening I was unable to interview her. However, I found another teacher who is similar to her and is ESL certified as well. I am glad I interview Ms. Momin because she helped me comprehend many ups and downs with ESL students as well as how the best way to assist them is.
